Our client, an advertising agency based in the West End are looking to recruit a Facilities Administrator*Co-ordinator as soon as possible on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a lively environment in a busy, challenging role. It is absolutely essential that you have facilities and health and safety experience to be considered for this role. Main day to day duties will include managing stationery stocks, arranging for internal maintenance, monitoring cleaning and all administration relating to facilities to ensure the smooth running of the building. You will need to have a flexible attitude, be very proactive and have the ability to juggle a busy workload along with strong knowledge of the Microsoft packages and fast accurate typing.
